At first glance the timetable here seems very fast paced. I'm glad to see things progressing with this project. Hopefully the estimates turn to realities and the government accepts the work once completed.

Adding Comments To comment on this site you must have what is called an "OpenID", instruction on obtaining an OpenID can be found here. http://openid.net/get/
Once you have an ID set up follow the instructions below to post a comment.
1.Go to the line that says "posted by" at the bottom of the current message and double click on comments.2. This will take you to a comment box. 3. Type your comment. 4. Choose an identity. (This is where the OpenID is used or there are some other choices there for you) 5. Click the "post comment" button. 6. Your post should now be there for everyone else to see.
Unique Visitors Since 3/30/09
Let me explain what a "Unique Visitor" is. It's tuff to tell as visitors is based on cookies which some people disable and some people often clear.
Returning Visitors - Based purely on a cookie, if this person is returning to your website for another visit an hour or more later
First Time Visitors - Based purely on a cookie, if this person has no cookie then this is considered their first time at your website.
Unique Visitor - Based purely on a cookie, this is the total of the returning visitors and first time visitors - all your visitors.
Page Load - The number of times your page has been visited. (My page load total is almost double the Unique Visitor Count)
